WAYNEGAINSWEDNESDAYS - 💥THE SMALL PROGRESS ADDS UP --------- I've been staying in the pocket for most of my training these past couple years, pushing volume/intensity when I can really. This year specifically I've been utilizing RPE a ton and it's definitely helped lots coming back from this back injury by allowing me to auto regulate on both good days where weight feels light and bad days when my back would flare up. Honestly my biggest advice is to take what the day gives you. Dont think that you have to ALWAYS make big jumps in training to progress because that is in fact NOT the case. The small progress adds up over time. Remember not everyday will be your best day but you certainly can make the best out of everyday. - --- My warm up sets on this particular day felt really good so I knew it would be a good day to push intensity a bit. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do something or that it is impossible. I always wanted abs, and so many of my friends, even fit ones, told me that after kids I should just be content to get a flat stomach and loose the “pooch”. Abs have always been a goal of mine, and it took me foreeever to figure it out. But hey.. this mama of 3 has some abs! I have been working my ass off for months through workouts and diet - it’s awesome to see some payoff. If you want it bad enough, keep chasing it! YOU WILL GET THERE- don’t give up!
