Une pizza simple, rapide, avec seulement de bons ingrédients : une tortilla au blé complet 🌮, du coulis de tomate nature 🥫, du sel 🧂, du poivre, un filet d’huile d’olive 🍶, du thon en boîte 🦈😂, une demi mozzarella , un peu d’oignon rouge et de l’origan du jardin ! Bon, le secret c’est que plus le four est chaud, mieux c'est. Pour information, la température dans les fours à pizza dépasse souvent les 400 °C. A la maison évidemment, atteindre une telle température est impossible, mais vous pouvez quand même préchauffer votre four au maximum (270 °C., 300 °C., si c'est possible🔥🔥🔥), car la pâte à pizza, ici notre tortilla à besoin d'un choc thermique pour cuire correctement. Une pizza réussie 🍕, c'est une pâte croustillante et un fromage qui reste moelleux, sans trop colorer. La meilleure place pour la cuisson d'une pizza, c'est donc dans le bas du four. Quant au temps de cuisson (qui dépend de la température du four et du four lui même), il peut varier entre 5 min et 15 min. L'idéal c'est que vous soyez à côté de votre pizza pour vérifier que tout se passe bien. Celle-ci a cuit en 5 minutes seulement !! ⏲

CHEST AND TRICEP WORKOUT (Swipe to see each individual workout) The first day of my workouts primarily targets the chest and the triceps. Each workout is done in sets of 3 with 8-10 repetitions (reps) in each set. I’ll warm up with some light stretching and then jump into a larger compound movement such as the barbell bench press. It’s important that you gradually increase the weight up to whatever your max is for that number of reps, so I’ll warm up with the bar (weighs 45lbs) and build my way up to 135lbs for example. Workout below: Barbell Bench Press: 3x8-10-targets your chest, triceps, and delts Incline Barbell Bench Press: 3x8-10-targets the upper chest Cable Fly: 3x8-10-chest Pec Dec: 3x8-10- chest Tricep Cable Pushdown: 3x8-10-tricep Tricep Cable Extension: 3x8-10-tricep
