Having more ‘bad days’ than ‘good days’ right now?
You’re not alone, but here’s some truth.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬. It’s not the day itself that’s good, you just know how to react to the things that happen on these days in a way that serves you. In a way that allows you to acknowledge the positive energy you created.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 aren’t really bad. You just haven’t learned how to respond to them yet. These are the days where things take you by surprise or knock you off your stride. They don’t happen frequently enough for you to develop a postive response to them so they just get labelled as 'bad'.
You may have go-to behaviours during these times. Things that only amplify how you feel (alcohol, take-aways, chocolate etc)

You can choose to create negativity and impact your mental state by watching the news 24/7, by reading and sharing every little bit of coronavirus news on social media.
Or, you can choose to switch it off. To get some fresh air, to go out for a walk. To create an energy and emotional state that serves you and helps you have a 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐲.
Easier said than done?
Things aren't going to change overnight but you can 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, this morning, with that 1 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 that starts you on the path to creating a 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐲.
