Molto spesso mi capita di ricevere pazienti che hanno già seguito un percorso di nutrizione con altri colleghi. Questo mi fa sempre riflettere e pensare che io non vorrei mai che un mio paziente si ritrovasse a dover “cambiare nutrizionista” perché non ha trovato in me la persona giusta o peggio dopo aver finito il percorso insieme iniziarne uno nuovo con altri perché ha ripreso peso. Parto dal presupposto che IO NON ELABORO DIETE!!!! I miei percorsi sono molto più elaborati, perché io INSEGNO A MANGIARE BENE. È inutile scrivere ✍️ sul foglio “mangia questo perché contiene la molecola X che ti serve per questo o mangia prima la verdura perché ha fibra e poi tutto il resto o peggio bevi acqua e limone tutte le mattine perché fa quest’altro. Sicuramente se l’avete scritto lo faranno e saranno anche felici di aver ottenuto grandi risultati,ma le abitudini sono dure a morire e le persone torneranno a fare esattamente quello che facevano prima!! Se venite in studio da me sappiate che IO NON FACCIO QUESTO!
