My intermittent fasting experience✨⁣ ⁣ Lately we are all stuck home.  I try my best to be as active as possible, but it is still not the same.  I thought it is the best time to try out fasting, as it is beneficial in many ways:⁣⁣ ▫️it helps to stay lean in quarantine⁣ 😅⁣ ▫️it boosts immune system⁣⁣ ▫️it lowers inflammation⁣⁣ ▫️it helps to be more energized⁣⁣ ▫️it increases growth hormone and decreases insulin, what else to say🤍⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣ I practice intermittent fasting for a couple of weeks now. I use the scheme 8/16, where 8h is my eating window (usually 12am to 8pm) and 16h is the fasting window (8pm to 12am).⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ How does it work for me?⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ At first, It does make me leaner✨! Moreover, I do feel mental sharpness in the morning and I’m way more productive when my morning is free of cooking. I drink a lot of water in the morning ~1.5l which helps to suppress the hunger. One think to mention, I do really feel hungry at 10-11 am but a cup of coffee ☕️ and extra water always help.⁣ ⁣ ⁣⁣ My current plan is to keep practicing it with no end date 🤍 I don’t know how it will work for you but for sure it is worth trying!⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣ Let me know if you are intermittent fasting or you have tried it in the past?
