Last week I was only able to do 5 pull ups.....I busted my ass each and every day since to make sure I increase those reps!!! This week Im able to do 15!! Let’s talk about nutrition 🍗🥒🌽. Your nutrition has to be different depending on your goal: gaining/loosing weight. Personally I don’t count calories (cause you can eat 2 cookies which will be equal cals to 200 g rice 🍚 with meat). 🏆 But what I DO count is macros. What for? Well, if I don’t do it, my muscles can’t have enough energy and protein to grow bigger. I’ve heard many opinions regarding the amount of carbs, protein and fats required for a training athlete gaining muscle. And relying on all that info in some time I found what is best for me. 🍳 Now I eat: 🔸Protein: 2-3 grams per kg of my weight (that is 2gx61kg=122g of protein), 🔹Carbohydrates: 2-3 g of carbs per kg of my weight (=total about 122 g of carbs) 🔸Fats: 1-1,5 g per kg of my weight (that is 60g of fat). If I count each gram of food I eat everyday I bet I’d go crazy 😜 What I do is I just check it randomly once for a few days. This way I can get used to my portions and already know how much meat, eggs etc. I have to eat a day. 🤔 As I previously said many times, there are 3 main factors of gaining muscles : workout 🏋🏻‍♀️ , food 🥘, sleep 💤 . So what we eat means a lot for our body. Cuidando lo que comes y escogiendo bien! Por qué no se trata de morir comiendo y subir 4 - 5 kilos (fácilmente se puede) "total después hago dieta"! 🤦🏻‍♂️ Nooooo!! Quienes llevamos un estilo de vida saludable, fitness podemos darnos nuestros gustos! 💪🏻. Toma harta AGUA 💦: En estos días de fiesta toma agua helada, abundante, eso te ayudará a tener un metabolismo más eficiente y a eliminar toxinas.
