He kicked my ass to be honest I thought I was kinda fit in the beginning cause I had always worked out my entire life growing up as a Pro tennis player 10 years ago, then stopped use to be playing 6 hour a day on a court and still to this day worked out 5 days a week.... but let me tell you that hell NOOOO I wasnโ€™t fit like i thought I was haha this guy changed my whole perspective on everything I thought I knew about working out ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ !!! That being said, I truly and sincerely encourage ANYONE that has a notion of working out to try the program at HOME as it WILL really change your mindset and way of thinking on life and on how to burn fat! I did not diet I actually ate a lot more and still was able to get INSANE results, at least in my eyes & in such a short amount of time. Week 3, day 3. I had every excuse to not workout today. I worked from home & attended lecture online, spent an hour doing homework/studying, and talked through some pretty heavy personal things with Charlie. I braved the grocery store (and all the sadness and anxiety that comes with it these days), and by the time I got done sanitizing all the things and showering, it was 10:45pm. I have cramps because of my period and I felt like doing nothing but getting into my comfy bed with my heat pad and a good book. I kept my word anyway. I did the hard thing on a hard day. Insanity Max 30 Day 1 Week 1 I dont know why I ever stray away from programs where the workouts are longer than 30 minutes and the trainer isn't @shaunt I always come back and he always feels like HOME ๐Ÿ–ค

My second day of Sweat Intervals with @shaunt on insanitymax30 and guess what? It worked. swealfie I want to be totally candid: I have definitely been taking advantage of the Modifier Track on these workouts. Iโ€™m working on a pretty solid tile floor, moving up and down stairs all the time, and as much as I advocate getting plenty of rest, that doesnโ€™t always work out. So I move back and forth between the standard and modified forms of the workouts. But bottom line ... I. KEEP. PUSHING. If I modify 50% of a workout, then next time I modify 40%. I keep pushing harder every single time, just like with my maxout times. Competed my DAY 1 of INSANITY MAX:30. With no access to the gym, I needed an in-home program to do in the middle of this pandemic. Sh*t is no joke. Coupled with the nutrition plan, my goal is to lose 20 lbs and lean out after the 60 day program.
