A ingestão alimentar foi controlada durante o estudo, sem dieta restritiva. ⠀ 📊 Os resultados demonstraram benefícios do programa de treinamento sobre a aptidão física, gordura corporal e lipidograma com 78 minutos de caminhada/semana (menor aderência ◀ 71%). ⠀ 📈 Interessantemente, benefícios adicionais foram observados com o aumento da aderência (de 71% a 87% e ▶ 87%), maior redução de gordura corporal, circunferência da cintura, IMC, massa corporal e aumento de VO2 max. No entanto, nenhum efeito adicional de intensidade foi observado para os grupos que treinaram leve ◀ 65% da frequência cardíaca de reserva (FRC), moderado 65-63% FCR ou intenso ▶ 63% FCR. ⠀ 💡Sendo assim, a escolha da intensidade no inicio de um programa de exercícios de caminhada deverá respeitar o grau de aptidão física inicial do cliente e possíveis limitações físicas, sendo a aderência o fator mais importante nesse período. There are Lizards and water birds, and yes the odd snake. I took pictures of 3 large blue tongues yesterday - Not another person noticed them, most too busy listening to music on their headphones. . There’s a fancy new bridge that cost a chunk. . And more and more cafes with 27 different varieties of milk for your allergy prone life. . It’s Thursday afternoon and I was off to the gym (this morning). I’m back at work. Under the gun and stressed. My show opens next week (Motherhood Out Loud – Greenbelt Arts Center – it’ll be a great show so check it out). Today was not a great day but I’m choosing to breathe through it and remember that I am fortunate in many ways. (And I work REALLY hard and I’m good at what I do).
