I have 2 days left of my 3rd program!! 🤗 . I started my journey on April 1, 2019. I can not believe the changes I have gone through in the time since then. 😱 . Physically I’ve gone from a size 14 to a size 7. I’ve gone from 165lbs to 132lbs. 💪 . Mentally I’ve gone from depressed, feeling sorry for myself, tired all the time, and faking a smile .......to having enough energy to have random dance parties in the kitchen with my kids (and alone 🤭😜) feeling truly happy and proud of myself and just having an overall optimistic attitude about life. . I GET THIS A LOT from Mommas..."I just don't have time to workout!" ⏰ WELL... I feel ya Momma! ❤ With everything WE do, it's tough. I felt the same way. I seriously never thought about waking up early every morning to get my workout in. I used to tell myself that limiting belief “I am not a morning person.” BUT now I make time everyday for a morning workout. These days I’m sweating it out in my living room with my Hubby for some cardio, HIIT, MMA, or yoga workouts for 18-30 minutes. Some days are HARD! But, so fun! No excuses! 💪 Have I always done morning workouts? No way!!! 3 years ago I started by coming straight home from work in the afternoon. Getting dinner warmed up or cooking in the Instant Pot. Then, changing into my workout clothes and pressing play. noexcusesThis was something I needed to do for ME, to keep my sanity, to get stronger mentally and physically, to get my second-wind, so that I could decompress and reboot for my family. We've all been there. AND We all need our day 1. 😉 Working hard on finding my "me" time used to be hard work for sure. I LOVE sleep (just like you).😴 I was struggling to find energy at the end of my work day to press play. I stepped out of my comfort zone and made changes. If waking up early isn't your thing, find time elsewhere in your day and stay committed. ✅ I found after a workout... I mentally feel good... My stress and anxiety is minimal... AND I HAVE MORE ENERGY!😉 Yes, now I wake up early everyday to work out before work and then work 8 hour days, weekly! Yes, I have a house to clean, laundry to fold, meals to be made and a family to take care of. I used to struggle with this….and then I found balance. CRAZY BUT TRUE! ibelieveinme iamworthitAnd the best part, my family supports that I am taking care of me, and they leave me alone while I workout or JOIN IN! It's great to get healthy together! Sometimes you just need a little sweetness in your life!! If you have a sweet tooth, mine is usually at the end of my lady cycle. These cookies are a must. I picked up the @flapjacked protein cookie/baking mix from @hercsajax to try them out and they are amazing. I’ve left the recipe below 1/2 c @liquidmuscle vanilla egg whites (I used eggs whites instead of 2 eggs) 1/2 c @lilys_sweets dark chocolate chips (Sweetened with stevia) 6 tbsp of @earthbalance vegan butter/spread 1 package of @flapjacked protein Cookie & baking mix Preheat oven to 350F Mix all ingredients together Using a table spoon drop mix on to un-greased Cookie sheet 2 inches apart Bake for 9-11 mins until edges are golden Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2-3 mins And enjoy!! Yields 12-13 cookies

So often people get in the habit of doing things without even realizing it. Like when we were younger and we got home from school, ran straight to the snack cabinet, grabbed a bag of our favorite chips, went to the couch, and flipped on the Disney Channel. Come on, I can’t be the only one that did that! Yes, we did that because we enjoyed it, but we also did it because it became a habit and part of our daily lives. Habits are created by doing something over a period of time, not just once. This can relate to so many other aspects of our lives, but often we create bad habits for ourselves instead of good ones. I am guilty of this myself and am really working on creating good, healthy habits to outweigh the bad ones. For one, I am working out every single day. I have missed a day or two here and there because you know, life, but I make sure that I double up to hold myself accountable. I am also a big snacker before bed, but I have really been holding myself back from eating past 8:00pm to ensure that my body has enough time to digest before bed. I went from feeling down about myself to being so inspired by the podcasts that I am committed to listening to daily. These are just a few examples of how I am trying to create good habits, but you have to start small. You can’t jump right into it and change everything at once because that’s just not how it works. So today, I challenge you to work on changing one bad habit and creating a better one!

About 4 weeks ago I did my fit test and took my “before” pictures for my current program. And now, 3.5 weeks later I’m feelin gooood😏😉⠀ ⠀ Since that first pic I’ve quit my job and started going to school full time, already spent multiple late nights cramming for tests and going to school with lack of sleep, can’t eat vegetables😂 so my nutrition has been far from perfect, I stress eat and let me tell ya.... I’ve been stressed😂 BUT last night when I was having a bad day Zico asked if I wanted him to bring me home candy and I said no.... (I actually said “no thanks, I think a new pair of workout leggings from tj maxx Thursday will make me feel better😂😂😂).⠀ ⠀ BUT despite all of that I’m still seeing results because I HAVEN’T GIVEN UP🙌🏼 I haven’t been motivated to workout like at all, I 100% don’t feel like meal prepping and I’d rather order pizza or take out every night for dinner instead of cooking🤷🏼‍♀️ But I still *try* to cook 4 nights a week, drink plenty of water and workout 5 days a week. The point is in I’m TRYING🙌🏼⠀ ⠀ Last time I was in college I put on the freshmen.....40 lmao🙈 I’m not letting that happen again🙌🏼 I plan on staying active and healthy for the next 3 years (plus the rest of my life🤷🏼‍♀️) this time around👊🏼 I mean I DO have a wedding I’m trying to get in the best shape of my life for😏 AND I’m ready to take 3 of you ladies with me on this college journey! ⠀ ⠀ I’m looking for 3 college students who are either looking to LOSE the freshman 15 they put on OR just want to stay healthy and active during school! If I had a slogan... this would be it!😊 At least right now in this season. . I was born a people pleaser. That's one of my many qualities. I've learned it's not a bad one, as long as it's not to the detriment of myself. I found the last time I evaluated how I was feeling that it had become a huge problem and it needed to change. Did you know that you should self evaluate a couple times a year? It's especially important if you are feeling stuck. You don't find yourself feeling stuck all at once. It happens over time. You have choices~ Stay feeling that way or change something. Here's some questions I read and asked myself recently: 1. Is your health helping or harming your purpose? 2. When was the last time you got uncomfortable? Tried something new? 3. Are you using your strengths? 4. What would you be doing if you knew your time was short? 5. What are your fears? 6. What's one action you can take to change your every day? . Your answers will be different than mine. I actually found that going on 2 years of making some big changes in my life, I needed to revisit these questions. Take that quiet time for yourself. Ask yourself some hard questions and answer honestly. The best way to get to your best every day is living honestly!❤endingtheyearstrong lovinglife

We got to hang in Stanwood for the football game tonight. Lots of things to be happy about... 1. We won and even though it wasn't our best played game, the guys pulled it off. 2. We got to hang out with my friend Teresa and have dinner. T and I have known each other since middle school. 3.
