A backstory on the rust: Growing up I was always around fast cars and old cars in general. We had around 5 classics a Plymouth Duster race car, a Lilâ Red Express project, a Cuda which wasnât even able to be called a project car cause it was barely a car (it didnât even have a firewall), an orange 1971 Dodge Challenger which was just about the prettiest car in my small little hometown, and a Chevelle SS. The Chevelle was a rust bucket and the floors felt like they were gonna fall out. But we found it in an old ladieâs garage with flat tires and rough shape but for a cheap price it was worth it (I donât remember the exact price as I was about 5, but think it was about $1.5k) we took it home and added it to the collection, it was a fun car but we sadly had to sell all of the classics to buy a house when we decided to move. But now I have a new project, a 1973 Gold Duster.
