Running from here to there. It's almost expected and assumed that we must work hard and be exhausted at the same time... In the past 10 years I've seen way to many of my clients who come to me while recovering from a burn out. That s@#$ is real and when someone says their burnt out, the way it effects your daily life is unbelievable, reading is difficult..getting up to do the dishes. Imagine? I see just how much we live in a world that often neglects preventative care. So we don't need to get to that point of a burn out, breakdown and much more... And let me tell you some of these clients were anywhere from 20 year olds university students to the almost retired...
