say yes to the pizza,
but also say yes to the superfood smoothie.
say yes to the rest day,
but also say yes to that workout you just don’t feel like doing.
saying YES to those not so healthy things that we want sometimes is 100000% fine to do!
but that does not mean to then say no to the healthy habits too.
have you ever had a “cheat like” meal and then when you planned on eating something healthy next you just say, “eh screw it, I already messed up I’ll just keep going?”
those are what lead into a binge, a lack of control, and emotions of guilt, anger, frustration, etc..
say YES to the fun things &
then say YES to the healthy habits too. 🤟🏼
if you eat something or do something you know isn’t the “healthiest” or doesn’t make you feel the best, ITS OKAY!!!! just don’t LIVE there. enjoy it, soak it in, have gratitude for the experience, and MOVE ON 😊👏🏼
