Eating well and training well. - Isolation doesnโ€™t have to mean putting our goals on hold. I canโ€™t stress enough how effective body weight training can be. My key movements in my training have been one arm push ups, pull ups and chin ups, dragon flags, handstand push ups, and pistol squats. Build up to performing these elite moves and you can gain strength and muscle no problem. Seek and you will find it ask and somebody might have the answers. . . @myfitnesspal and www.calculator.net will use your information to calculate your total calorie intake. This is based on your weight, height, total amount of physical activity and lastly your goals. . . From here it is food entry that will teach you about how important to know how much energy (calories) is in the food that you eat. The @myfitnesspal app allows you to enter your food in and deducts it off your total caloric intake. . . I can guarantee you if do not go over your calorie intake everyday for 14 days you will loose weight or have burned fat which shows up on the scale, clothes or when you look in the mirror. . .
