Yo me he encargado de ordenar las piezas del puzzle 🧩 para que no se estancara en ese proceso de pérdida de grasa hasta el momento actual. . No hay ningún secreto para esto, asegurarte un déficit calórico constante sin ser muy agresivo (el error de muchos, que al poco tiempo su metabolismo quema menos que un mechero) y asegurarte un entrenamiento 🏋️‍♀️ intenso de verdad que haga romper la homeostasis. Si tu rendimiento no mejora en el gym con el tiempo no esperes que tu cuerpo evolucione mucho 🤷‍♂️. .
