After a few days rest it was back to work for me. I was feeling ready to workout again.
I did Max30FridayFight then turbofirefire40 & stretch10 and finally 21dayfixcardiofix.
I am still modifying quite a bit cus I am still not ready for all the jumping and my right foot is still hurting and I push through and thats why I modify I think I could do more jumping if it would stop having a pain in the bottom of my foot on my heel kinda.
