My back suddenly went at work. Really painful to sit down, get out of seat and stand, bend or twist. Decided to go for a walk in the hope that my ease the pain. It didn't. However, the pain was momentarily forgotten when I walked over the bridge at Jesus Green in Cambridge seeing these beautiful pieces of art. I now regret only taking a picture of three of them. The bridge was quite busy and I needed to get back to work.
Big thanks to the Cambridge Yarn Collective for cheering me up! X
☀️🌝🌞 This is what the sign says, "Dear Cambridge Friend,
Here's a gift of sunshine and warmth for you, on our shortest day. Happy Winter solstice to you. For those of you living with depression, missing or mourning a loved one, feeling lonely, caring for a sick relative, or if you simply find this time of year difficult, then this is especially for you.
We hope, in the dark of winter, this art work brings a smile to you.
Please know that someone out there cares for you & is thinking of you.
