Ok, so everyone knows I am not a chilli guy, but plenty of people I know are. ⠀ ⠀ A warm bowl of these chilli spiced nuts make a fantastic appetiser or snack to serve at your end of year functions. The spice combo is so good, try not to eat them all before your guests arrive! A jar of these would also make a wonderful hostess gift, free of preservatives or harmful ingredients. Servings: 20⠀ ⠀ Here's what you need…⠀ ⠀ 1 cup raw pecan halves⠀ 1 cup raw pepitas⠀ 1 cup shelled pistachios⠀ 1 cup raw almonds⠀ 3 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted⠀ 3 Tablespoons coconut sugar⠀ 1 teaspoon sea salt⠀ 1 teaspoon smoked paprika⠀ 1 teaspoon ground cumin⠀ 1 teaspoon chili powder⠀ 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger⠀ 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder⠀ Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C. Lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet with coconut oil.⠀ In a large bowl combine all of the nuts with the coconut oil. Toss to coat.⠀ ⠀ In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix well and then sprinkle over the nuts, mixing until fully combined.⠀ ⠀ Spread the nuts over the prepared baking sheet. Today's lesson is how NOT to do pause SSB squats. 1) Forgot to put on my belt so my bracing was shot. 2) Forgot to unroll my knee sleeves so depth felt off and I felt off balance. 3) I very obviously forgot how to count to 2. 4) I got so deep inside my head about those 3 simple things that I forgot I know how to do this. ************************************ The next 2 sets went according to plan. Meant to post this earlier. Working from home gives me four advantages.... 1. I get to sleep until 8am because I don't have an hour drive, don't have to get ready for work and only have to feed the cats and log into the VPN 2. I can workout for my entire lunch hour 3.
